Privacy Policy

Your world, kept yours. Here is exactly what Bloom collects, how we use it, and the control you always hold.
Our promise
Bloom is a deeply personal space. You track your cycle here, write your thoughts, talk to your companion, and share parts of your life with the person you love. We take that trust seriously.
In plain words: your data is yours. We do not sell it, we do not rent it, and we do not hand it to advertisers or other companies. The only person who ever sees your private information is you, plus your partner for the specific things you choose to share.
What we collect
We only collect what we need to make Bloom work for you:
- Account details: your email address and the display name you choose.
- What you log: cycle dates, symptoms, moods, notes, journals, wishlist items, reminders, calendar entries, wardrobe items, countdowns and anything else you add yourself.
- Photos you upload: stored privately so only you (and your partner, where you have chosen to share) can see them.
- Conversations with your companion and wardrobe stylist, so the chat remembers your history and your taste.
- Basic technical data needed to keep you signed in and the service running.
How we use your information
Your information is used to power the features you asked for and nothing else: to predict your cycle, surface reminders on time, remember your preferences, deliver notifications, and give you and your partner a shared space. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not use your private content for marketing.
Sharing with your partner
Bloom is private by default. When you invite a partner, you stay fully in control of what they can see. Each part of your account, your cycle, mood, wishlist, notes, memories and more, has its own switch.
Notes you mark as private are never shared with your partner, even when note sharing is turned on. If you turn a switch off, your partner immediately loses access to that section. You can disconnect a partner at any time.
We never sell your data
We will never sell, rent or trade your personal information to third parties. There is no advertising network inside Bloom, and your intimate data, your cycle, your moods, your private notes, is never used for anything beyond serving you.
Third-party services we rely on
To run Bloom we use a small number of trusted providers strictly as processors on our behalf, under their own security commitments:
- A secure cloud database and storage provider that hosts your account and the content you save.
- An AI provider that generates your companion and stylist replies. Messages are sent to produce a response and are not used by us to train public models.
- A push-notification service used only to deliver the alerts you opt into.
Security
Your data is protected with encryption in transit, access controls so each account can only reach its own information, and strict rules that keep private content private. No system is ever perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information as carefully as we would our own.
You're in control
You can view and edit everything you have logged at any time. You can change what your partner sees with a single switch, and you can delete your account along with your data whenever you choose. When you delete your account, your personal content is removed.
Children's privacy
Bloom is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we ever update this policy, we will revise the date below and, for meaningful changes, let you know inside the app. Continuing to use Bloom after an update means you accept the revised policy.
